faq's

general questions

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOUR SHOP?

Since we are a small operation, we are able to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers. We treat our customers as family and make them feel welcome. We use top-quality materials and have great attention to detail when working on your car. We are not satisfied with the job until you are satisfied.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all work. This means for the lifetime that you own the car.

What Makes/Models do you work on?

We are able to offer services for any year, make, or model. We can repair plastic bumpers, aluminum bed-sides, or metal fenders just to name a few different materials different vehicles use.

insurance-related questions

Do I have to take my car to the shop the insurance company recommended?

Absolutely not! It’s your choice where you have your vehicle repaired. Choose a shop that you trust and that will be looking out for your best interest. We work with ALL insurance companies.

What is a supplement?

When working on vehicles related to insurance company claims, most of the time the shop has to submit a “supplement” to the insurance company. This just means that the insurance company did not capture all the damage on their original appraisal. Typically, once we disassemble a car, we find additional damage that is not visible on the exterior.

Do you accept "customer pay" jobs?

Of course! If you got into a small fender bender and don’t want to file a claim or if you only carry liability insurance but want to get your car repaired, we are happy to work with you. We recommend OEM (Original Manufactuer) parts, but used or aftermarket are a good option if you want to save some money.
